We are searching for a Human Resources Generalist that will provide professional level support in all areas related to Human Resources for our Central region, including responsibilities in the following functional areas: Employee Relations, Compliance, Performance Management, Onboarding, Payroll and Benefits Administration. This position reports directly to the Human Resources Manager.

The Sales Manager is responsible for the development and performance of all steel sales activities in the assigned market including consulting the sales team, distributing, and controlling prospects, monitoring sales pipelines, managing budgets, and communicating with other departments. Establishes specific plans and strategies to maximize the company’s market share at its existing customer base and expand the customer base in the marketing area.
