The Creative Specialist is responsible for designing and producing high-quality visual marketing materials that support the Triple-S family of brands. This role serves as the primary graphic design resource for the marketing department, creating print and digital assets that strengthen brand visibility, support sales efforts, and enhance customer engagement across all locations.

The ideal candidate combines strong design skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Graphic Design & Creative Development

• Create marketing materials including brochures, flyers, catalogs, advertisements, signage, presentations, and sales collateral.
• Design graphics for trade shows, customer events, community engagement initiatives, and corporate campaigns.
• Maintain and enforce brand standards across all companies and locations.
• Develop creative concepts that support business objectives and marketing campaigns.
• Produce print-ready artwork and coordinate with external vendors.

Brand Management

• Ensure consistent application of brand standards across all Triple-S Steel companies and locations.
• Maintain creative templates, brand assets, and design libraries.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate business needs into effective visual communications.

Productions & Vendor Coordination

• Prepare production-ready artwork for print, digital, promotional products, and large-format applications.
• Coordinate with printers, sign companies, exhibit vendors, and promotional product suppliers.
• Review proofs and ensure quality control of all final deliverables.

Project Management

• Mange multiple creative projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Prioritize requests and communicate project status with stakeholders.
• Maintain organized file structures and project documentation.

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 3+ years of professional design and marketing experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).
• Strong understanding of print production requirements.
• Experience designing both digital and print marketing materials.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred

• Experience with video editing and motion graphics.
• Knowledge of website content management systems.
• Experience with email marketing platforms.
• Photography and photo editing experience.
• B2B, industrial, manufacturing, or construction industry experience.
