Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., and Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Overtime is required as needed, including Saturday shifts from 6:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. as part of the current production schedule.

• Safely set up and operate the DST slitter to process metal coils according to customer specifications.
• Read and follow work orders, production schedules, and customer requirements.
• Perform slitter arbor setups, tooling changes, and machine adjustments as needed.
• Use tape measures, calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools to verify dimensions and tolerances.
• Inspect materials before, during, and after processing to ensure quality standards are met.
• Accurately record production data and complete required documentation.
• Work with various metal types, gauges, widths, and coil sizes.
• Communicate equipment, quality, and safety concerns to supervisors and team members.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety requirements.

• Previous experience operating slitting equipment, manufacturing equipment, or other industrial machinery preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret work orders, production specifications, and measuring devices.
• Proficient in using tape measures, calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring tools.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Ability to identify and work with different material types, gauges, widths, and sizes.
• Forklift and overhead crane experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work safely in a warehouse and manufacturing environment.
• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials and perform the physical requirement

• Use hands/fingers to handle, or feel and talk or hear
• Employee is occasionally required to stand; walk and reach with hands and arms.
• Lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
