The CAD Drafter is responsible for creating accurate, practical, and production-ready drawings to support steel fabrication operations. This position works with customer requirements, field measurements, work orders, and production specifications to develop drawings and machine-ready files.
The ideal candidate will have experience with CAD drafting and a working knowledge of steel fabrication processes, including CNC and plasma machinery, welding, fastening methods, material utilization, and fabrication tolerances.

The base pay range for this position is $26.00 to $35.00 per hour.
Actual starting pay will be based on experience, qualifications, skills, internal equity, and other job-related considerations.
