The Quality Assurance Coordinator is responsible for supporting quality control activities at the Hillman Brass & Copper branch of the Arbor Metals Division. This role ensures materials, processes, and documentation comply with customer requirements, industry standards, and internal quality procedures. The Quality Control Coordinator reviews certifications and specifications, monitors product quality throughout the fulfillment process, coordinates corrective actions, maintains quality records, and supports continuous improvement initiatives.This position serves as a key resource for quality compliance and product conformance, working closely with operations, purchasing, suppliers, customers, and branch leadership to maintain the highest standards of quality and traceability.

Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands/fingers to handle, feel, and operate equipment; and communicate verbally. Working Conditions: This role operates primarily in an office environment, with regular access to the operations and warehouse floor.
