We are seeking an energetic and motivated Inside Sales Representative fluent in Spanish and English to join our dynamic Inside SalesTteam. In this role, you will be the key driver of our business development efforts, engaging with current and potential clients. Nurturing existing accounts through proactive outreach and personalized service. Your enthusiasm for technology sales, combined with your ability to manage customer relationships and generate leads, will help expand our market presence. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in B2B sales, territory management, and account management within a fast-paced environment committed to growth and innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining and expanding customer database.
  • Capturing accurate and complete information in customer relationship management.
  • Quoting and handling order execution from acceptance to completion.
  • Close sales.
  • Make outbound sales calls.
  • Note suggestions or complaints and communicate to the Quality/Operations group

Qualifications

  • Prefer an associate’s degree from an accredited institution or equivalent work experience in Inside Sales.
  • Able to multitask in a fast paced environment.
  • Proficient level of computer skills in typing, number key, Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Able to work in a team environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Problem solving and creative thinking.
