The Machine Operator is responsible for safely operating steel production equipment to cut, form, and process materials according to work orders and customer specifications. This position requires attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and a strong commitment to safety, quality, and productivity.

Compensation and Benefits
The base pay range for this position is $26.00 to $31.00 per hour.
The regular second-shift schedule is 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM and includes an additional $2.00 per hour shift differential.
The selected candidate may initially be assigned to first shift for training. During any first-shift training period, the second-shift differential will not apply. The additional $2.00 per hour shift differential will take effect once first-shift training is completed and the employee begins working the regular second-shift schedule.
Actual starting pay will be based on experience, qualifications, skills, internal equity, and other job-related considerations.
