We are seeking a welcoming, organized, and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team. This key role
serves as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, supports daily office operations, and assists
with general administrative tasks to ensure the front office runs smoothly and efficiently. The ideal
candidate will have a friendly and professional demeanor, strong communication skills, and the ability to
multitask while maintaining accuracy and exceptional customer service.

• Welcome and assist visitors, employees, and vendors in a professional and friendly manner.
• Answer, screen, and route incoming calls promptly and accurately.
• Respond to general inquiries and direct questions to the appropriate personnel or department.
• Maintain the reception area, ensuring cleanliness, order, and compliance with safety
procedures.
• Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, scanning, and organizing documents.
• Complete special assignments including Stuffing, labeling, and preparing envelopes for mailings.
Sorting, collating, stapling, and distributing internal and external materials.
• Assist with scheduling, meeting coordination, and office communication as needed.
• Support company events, training sessions, and special projects.
• Maintain office supplies inventory and alert management when replenishment is needed.
• Provide general administrative support to management and other departments.
• Uphold company values and always delivers excellent customer service.
• Assist in MRO purchasing by creating purchase orders and following up with A/P for vendors
• 1+ year of experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative support role.
• Strong customer service orientation with the ability to remain courteous and professional
under all circumstances.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, and Excel required).
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Team-oriented with a positive, proactive attitude
