Founded in 2016, Tube Supply provides quality steel tube and bar in alloy, stainless, and carbon for oil and gas applications, including drilling, completions, production, and downhole tools. Our steel tubular and bar products are tailored specifically to meet the demands of the oil and gas industry, including high pressure, high temperature (HPHT) and sour (H2S) well environments. Tube Supply clients are leading oil and gas service companies, OEMs, and manufacturing centers globally.

• Handle the processing of vendor invoices 
• Reconcile Accounts Receivable Aging Schedules
• Bill customers based on customer purchase orders and internal sales orders
• Communicate with customers regarding account balances
• Assist in monthly close process
• Data entry & document control in our digital filing system
• Assist with other accounting projects in the office

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (preferred) or relevant major
• Experience in accounts payable or general accounting role
• High level computer and document-processing ability
• Above-average attention to detail
• Able to plan, prioritize, and multi-task
