ABOUT THE POSITION:

We are seeking a motivated cashier to join our company. The Cashier will use cash registers, electronic scanners, and related equipment to conduct monetary transactions with customers.

• Assist Sales Reps in handling cash.
• Check and credit card transactions.
• Make change.
• Maintain and balance cash drawer.
• Add and total sales tickets.
• Prepare end-of-day report.
• Answer incoming calls and assistwith other clerical duties, as needed.

• H.S. diploma or G.E.D.
• Some experience handling/balancing cash (e.g. as cashier or bank teller).
• Good math skills and 10 key by touch.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Cheerful, positive “team player” attitude.
• Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure and to “roll with the punches".
