ABOUT THE POSITION:

We are seeking a motivated Administrative Assistant to join our company. This position is responsible for execution of all related clearical duties as assiged.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to receiving department 
• Provide word processing and other document preparation
• Assist with special projects and other general office tasks, as needed
• Exercise independent judgment in making day-to-day decisions
• Prepares correspondences, including letters and memos for internal and external use
• Prepares billing for filing and mailing copies for distribution
• Maintains proper filing systems
• Responsible for the workflow of a specific departmental function
• Assists manager with special projects as requested

Qualifications

  • At least 1-2 years of Front Office Receptionist/Admin experience in a professional business office
  • High school Diploma
  • Some college preferred
  • Microsoft Office, Excel and Word knowledge
  • Experience working in a busy fast paced environment
  • Naturally attentive to details
  • Highly organized
  • Great communication skills
