Title of Position: ERP Implementation Manager

Founded in 2016, Tube Supply provides quality steel tube and bar in alloy, stainless, and carbon for oil and gas applications, including drilling, completions, production, and downhole tools.  Our steel tubular and bar products are tailored specifically to meet the demands of the oil and gas industry, including high pressure, high temperature (HPHT) and sour (H2S) well environments. Tube Supply clients are leading oil and gas service companies, OEMs, and manufacturing centers spanning as far as Canada and Mexico in addition to the United States.

Description of Responsibilities:

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
• Conduct analysis with internal stakeholders from different departments to understand and gauge business practices, identifying ERP requirements
• Develop a data migration strategy for legacy data including data clean-up and validation to ensure quality of carry-over data is relevant
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Ensure resource availability and allocation
• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
• Manage and mitigate project risks
• Design of functional/technical specifications
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Build training guides and conduct training sessions for all relevant team members

Required Skills and Experience:

• Strong communication skills, written and oral
• Knowledge of SLDC – systems development life cycle
• Previous software and implementations successfully completed
• Flexible and willing to adapt during course of project
• Project management and leadership experience
• Functional business knowledge (Procurement, Finance, etc.)
• Extensive experience managing ERP implementation projects
• Gap analysis
• Experience with system integration
• Strong ability to multitask and meet deadlines
