ABOUT THE POSITION:
We are seeking a motivated Operations Manager to join our business. The Operations Manager oversees the safe receipt, storage, retrieval and timely delivery of materials, product and services to the Intsel Steel customers. He/she ensures Workplace Health and Safety requirements are met and maintained according to Federal, State and Local laws, along with all company issued training.
The Operations Manager is also accountable and responsible for the security of the assets in the office and warehouse.

Salary $85k-$100k DOE
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Education and Experience:
• BS or BA degree in industrial engineering, distribution or related field is a plus
• Minimum three(3) years of experience overseeing distribution/production in a like industry
• Minimum three (3) years of experience in management/supervisory position
• Knowledge of industrial engineering, human resources laws and regulations, and employee relations skills.
• Experience managing other managers
