ABOUT THE POSTION:

We are seeking a Qc Inspector who will be responsible for inspecting the inbound and outbound material to conformance to specifications. The Inspector will also help with inventory control by performing daily cycle counts.

Essential Functions/responsibilities

• Inspect Materials to ensure conformance to specification.
• Interpret and follow written inspection instructions, quality requirements and customer specifications.
• Measure dimensions such as length, width, thickness of a plate, using tape measure, caliper, micrometer to ensure materials meet specifications.
• Complete all necessary forms and reports.
• Run reports to support daily inventor counts.

Qualifications/Requirements

• High School Diploma
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.

Eligibility Requirements

• Ability to lift/push/pull at least 75 pounds.
• Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed or required.
• Willingness to wear personal protective equipment: safety glasses, gloves, safety shoes.
• Successful completion of a background check and drug screening.
