We are looking to employ a detail-oriented and experienced production planner to create, modify, and manage production schedules. The production planner’s responsibilities include monitoring inventory levels, regularly providing production status updates to management, and facilitating the timely delivery of products to customers.

• Plan the execution of sales orders
• Schedule usage of production materials to ensure optimal production levels
• Evaluate suppliers or quality, timeliness and match according to goals
• Monitor material supply flow and identify any shortages or bottlenecks in usage
• Communicate with the Sales department when an order is not completed to specification
• Coordinate with Quality department to ensure material is properly sampled
• Place orders in the schedule according to ready-by dates as well as shipping dates

Experience and Abilities:

• 1 year of production planning experience minimum
• Proficiency with Stratix a plus
• Comfortable performing chemical analysis on the material to be processed
• Ability to prioritize projects and work orders
