This role will handle a variety of clerical/administrative duties for sales manager, ass’t manager, and sales reps in a very fast-paced environment. Will assist customers, interact with other departments to research/resolve problems, do some data entry, prepare reports, help with special projects, run errands, and generally help out where needed, including PBX Operator Or Cashier.
H.S. Diploma (some college. Business school preferred), prior customer-related office or sales experience, good organizational and communication skills (bilingual-Spanish a plus), and good PC/data entry skills. Must be a fast learner, have a cheerful, outgoing, assertive yet flexible personality. Must also have a high energy level, be able to remain calm handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
